About the job Operations Specialist The role includes actively work with business units and suppliers to identify needs and opportunities to enhance user experience and efficiency and the delivery of initiatives that meet business objectives both quantitative and qualitative.Some of your key responsibilities include but not limited to: management and support of key procurement systems Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and S/4HANA.identification of opportunities to enhance user experience and drive efficiency in procurement systems and processes deliver system improvement initiatives that deliver clearly articulated benefits.developing and maintaining training materials to assist business users and Suppliers.future developments and enhancements to the Procurement and Supply Chain SharePoint sites and web portals.establishing the annual training calendars and assisting with coordination of events.ensuring operational compliance to group procurement policy and processes About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for: Proven ability to build and develop strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as being able to change priorities/workload quickly and enthusiastically; Proactive approach to your own learning and strong willingness to learn Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal; Strong Excel and analytical skills; High attention to detail and ability to self manage; Previous exposure to S/4HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass will be highly regarded.Previous experience in catalogue management will be highly regarded.
