Circa $150k to $180k + Super & very good Bonus (based on experience and networks)Supportive sales environment with realistic expectationsFlexible working benefitsCombine office and field, visiting sites and clientsGreat team culture offering collaborative, supportive and friendly work environment with regular social events and low staff turnoverThe Role:Business Development Manager selling Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire and IFM services to Corporate, Defence, Govt, and Utilities sectors.Target new business and growth with existing accountsFocus on bringing in ongoing projects / maintenance / IFM contractsLead generation, warm and cold calling, tendering, trade shows, RFQsClient engagement and relationship managementUtilise your network of contacts to bring in new businessTravel around NSW-wide, visiting existing and prospective clientsLiaise with clients, building and facility/property managers, subcontractors, technical teams, operations and support staffThe Ideal Profile:Must have experience in selling MEP services, building services, or IFM contracts5+ years in B2B Sales environment e.g. Account Management, Business Development, Service Manager in a client facing roleEstablished network of customers, coming from a contracting firm is idealStrong relationship management and communication skillsEngaging personality and presentation skills to drive new business opportunities.
