Our client is a long-standing and well-established Accounting firm located on the city fringe, seeking someone to lead their administration team on a full-time basis. The firm's holistic services range from the core major focus of tax and tax planning, business advisory, and structuring, to estate and succession planning.
The role of Administrator Manager is a critical role and the successful applicant will possess excellent people leadership, technology, and communication skills. This will be your platform to perform as the intermediary between the Directors of the firm, other staff members, and third parties.
Your duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to -
* Leading a team of 6 administrative staff
* Processing staff payroll and superannuation
* Processing accounts payable/receivable
* Lodging firm obligations ie. BAS and PAYG, Tax, Returns, FBT Returns, Payroll Tax, EOFY Reconciliations etc
* Planning of staff events and organizing catering when required
* Oversight of the filing room operations
* Managing office supplies
* Dealing with third parties ie. building maintenance, external IT, auditors etc
* Assisting staff with IT issues
* Providing senior administrative support to all staff
* Communication with the Directors
* Attend meetings as required
* Onboarding new clients and staff members
* Executive Assistance to a wonderful and supportive Director
The successful applicant will bring a wide range of skills including:
* Experience leading a team
* MYOB AE, MYOB AccountRight and/or Xero
* Strong engagement, verbal, and written communication skills
* Tech savvy
* Organised with good time management skills
* Initiative and take pride in their work
