About the role Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service and maintenance for the Hideaway Bay Marine site equipment and machinery. In this position, you will: Preventative Maintenance : Identify and implement preventative maintenance requirements to minimise breakdowns and disruptions, enhancing fleet reliability. Routine Maintenance : Plan and execute routine maintenance tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and share best practices with machinery operators. You will also assist in supervising contractor maintenance activities. Continuous Improvement : Collaborate on improvement programs to address non-compliance issues, including hazard identification and risk assessments. This is a full-time role, operating on 7 days on, 7 days off roster. About you Relevant Trade Certificate and demonstrated experience in a similar position. Proven experience troubleshooting issues and undertaking maintenance and repair of machinery or equipment. Effective verbal and written communication with confidence in your problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm while working in a changing environment. Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
