ARRCS are currently sourcing 2 x qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to support the clinical care of our residents within our Katherine facilities, Katherine Hostel Aged Care and Rocky Ridge Nursing Home. These roles are offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 38 hours per week and at a salary of $44.20 - $46.43 / hour gross base (dependent on previous experience).As an ARRCS Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical care to our residents within our facility. You will work across a rotating fortnightly roster which includes both day and night shifts and provide clinical and team leadership, supervision and support for less experienced clinicians and support workers to achieve people focused quality care in accordance with the ARRCS mission.This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working and supporting aged care in remote locations. You will have a firm yet caring nature and be a hands-on person who is always willing to jump in and support the team when required.
