THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office in Queensland. The person is responsible for acting as the intermediary between Fujifilm DMS’ clients and its internal implementations teams. The BA is responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, facilitating communication and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. MAIN ACTIVITIES Work as a pivotal part of a project team responsible for implementing client requirements using Fujifilm DMS systems, services, and technologies. Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders Develop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) to: Clearly define in writing, the requirements that are in scope for a project including both functional and non-functional requirements. Communicate requirements to DEV, QA & Deployment teams Communicate agreed changes in scope to the client and internal teams Manage requirements throughout the project life cycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with project and business goals Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and implementation teams Work with the Project Manager to successfully deliver Project scope Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis practice Ensure Project Management Office (PMO) policies and procedures are adhered to. Key Skills Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements using a variety of techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders. Comfortable working with technology and understanding technical concepts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vis Qualifications and Experience Tertiary level qualifications in Computer Science, Business or an associated discipline. At least 5 years of business experience across SDLC, Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, BCP/DR planning, Quality Assurance (QA) and Risk Management. Sound understanding and experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies. 3 years of Software Implementation Projects experience (desirable). Experience working with external stakeholders (preferred). A CCBA or CBAP certification is highly regarded but not essential. What’s next?
