As a Receptionist for Volvo Car Brisbane North, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Ensuring all customers walk in and remote are attended to with an efficient, professional and courteous greeting on their contact with the Dealership To assist and provide support in ensuring customer requests for Service and Sales are attended to efficiently Ensure the Switchboard is covered at all times and incoming calls are answered promptly within 3 rings Ensure administration duties are attended to in a timely and accurate fashion across a variety of systems Assist customers where appropriate or pass the call on to the appropriate person who can assist them. Maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Ensure customers are comfortable and offered refreshments where appropriate, answer basic enquiries and refer them to the appropriate personnel who can assist them. Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation for the Dealership as required Assist with planning and event coordination (including weekends if required) Provide Administrative cover to other Departments as needed Identify and allocate infringement notices and tolls to correct personnel adhering to important processing deadlines Monitor stock levels and ensure they are kept at a reasonable level Schedule dealership RDO's, leave and absences into Outlook/IPFX system To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience: Experience working in a fast paced environment as a Receptionist Ability to work well in a team environment whilst showing a superior customer focus and outgoing attitude Sound knowledge of telecommunication systems and administrative procedures High level of computer skills with proficiency to navigate through Microsoft Office & Company Systems Exemplary communication and conflict resolution skills (verbal and written) Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively In return, you will enjoy a competitive remuneration package, a close knit team environment, and an opportunity to enhance your excellent customer service skills.
