An exciting opportunity exists for a Full Time, highly motivated IT & Business Support Administrator to join our growing and successful commercial-based business in Port Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail, and possesses strong time management skills.
Reporting to our IT Support Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Effectively work with and provide a high level of support to the IT Support Manager and internal users
* Troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues
* Coordinating with the IT Service Desk to resolve IT-related issues
* Generating monthly sales reports
* Maintaining the data integrity of our CRM and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) systems
* Assisting with the uploading of supplier price lists into Microsoft Dynamics
* IT setup for new staff members
* Managing office printers and supplies
* Maintaining IT inventory to ensure our needs are met and organizing the ordering of any additional inventory required.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems will be viewed favorably. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and the ability to build rapport quickly is important. You must be system-savvy, including intermediate Word and Excel skills.
NOTE: This role will require you to be onsite at our Port Melbourne office.
