General Manager Finance - EverydayX
What you’ll do
As the General Manager Finance - EverydayX, you will be the key finance partner for the Managing Director of Everyday Rewards ANZ and leader of the EverydayX Finance team.
This is a broad role which will see you leverage your deep relationship building skills to successfully connect and network across the Woolworths Group, providing deep insights and SME loyalty finance knowledge to drive growth. This high profile area of our business is experiencing significant growth, and as the General Manager Finance you will drive the evolution and transformation of EverydayX.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading a large, diverse team, shaping both strategic decision support, reporting and analysis, and budgeting and forecasting that drive the delivery of commercial outcomes and strategic initiatives
2. Providing deep thinking, insight and analysis on priority business issues related to Loyalty, Rewards programs and other businesses within EverydayX
3. Partnering with the business to ensure Annual Plans, Strategic Objectives and Customer outcomes are delivered.
What you’ll bring
Key to your success will be your exceptional commercial acumen, underpinned by your strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to successfully navigate a large, complex business environment. You will be a strong influencer and bring outstanding leadership skills including developing and driving a high performing team.
You will be a subject matter expert in loyalty finance (CA/CPA qualification and significant post qualification experience) and demonstrated experience taking a company to its next level of growth and sophistication.
