As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to lead tasks within an agile delivery model. Your primary focus will be on optimizing testing processes, tools, and methodologies to reduce costs, retire technical debt, and increase the speed of delivering innovative solutions. What you'll be doing: Provide task leadership within an agile delivery model, guiding teams towards successful project outcomes. Implement and validate systems, ensuring that all components are set up correctly for end-to-end functionality. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless implementations. Provide constructive feedback to Solution Architects and technical team members to drive improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Demonstrate a commitment to long-term thinking, focusing on strategic goals and continuous improvement. To be successful in the role you'll have: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully navigating complex challenges. Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management system is a must. Familiarity with testing processes, tools, and methodologies in an agile environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
