We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Requirements: Proven experience in a network administrator role Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution Ability to set up and configure server hardware Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking Cisco Education and Experience: Cisco Certified Network Architect (CCNA) or higher. Checkpoint Certified Security Expert (CCSE) or higher. F5 Certified Load Balancer Administrator (F5-CA) or higher. Wireless networking certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Wireless or higher.
