Job Description Key responsibilities:
Design, deliver and evaluate training programs.Coordinate learning and development initiatives for staff.Monitor the effectiveness of training and report on outcomes.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Work closely with the HR team to identify training needs.Support the implementation of training strategies.Manage training resources and budgets.Assist in the creation of personal development plans.The Successful Applicant A successful L&D Coordinator should have:
A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.What's on Offer What's on offer for you?
A competitive hourly rate of between AUD 40 - AUD 45.10 plus super, commensurate with skills and experience.Salary packaging benefits.
