Bunnings Operations Manager
About the Role:
Become a leader in our Rockhampton store and take on the responsibility of ongoing daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management. You will be part of a team of 100+ and work closely with experienced Co-Ordinators/Department Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth. As an Operations Manager, you will develop strategies and business plans to support the long-term growth of your Warehouse and contribute to the success of the wider area group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop new Team Members & Leaders
- Ensure Health & Safety standards across your Warehouse
- Manage P&L and high-level reporting for your Bunnings Warehouse
- Action customer feedback to improve the end-to-end customer experience
- Engage the local community and identify opportunities for community events and projects
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Previous experience in leading teams with a focus on Health and Safety and Specialist products
- Ability to develop teams and provide a healthy environment in which to work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to wear many hats and influence multiple stakeholders
