The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our national sales efforts across multiple retail channels, focusing on driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong relationships with key partners. This role requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach to sales, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the national field sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all key retail channels.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by building and nurturing strong relationships with key retailers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or threats.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure sales activities align with the company’s brand values and business objectives.
About You:
Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role within the retail or lifestyle products industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve success.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of building long-term relationships with key clients.
Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Willingness to travel nationally to support field sales operations and meet with key clients.
Experience working with premium lifestyle products or the outdoor and leisure sectors is highly desirable.
