Matrix Education is now hiring a full time Customer Service Representatives for our Chatswood location.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will oversee the day to day operations of the Matrix Chatswood campus and provide a range of administrative services and solutions to our customers, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with all client bases.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales, retail or service professional who is seeking the next step in their career, with opportunities for growth and progression into lead and management.
As we trade seven days a week, the successful applicant will be required to be available for weekend work.
What you’ll do…
* Day to day operational management of the Matrix campus,
* Responding to telephone, email and face to face enquiries,
* Being the first point of contact for queries from new and existing customers,
* Management of customer profiles, enrolments on the CRM,
* Processing enrolments and management of class rolls,
* Daily reporting to the Area Manager regarding customer, academic and site related issues,
* Delivery of internal communications at the campus level,
* Ad hoc administrative duties,
* Campus and office management.
What you’ll need…
* Minimum two years experience in Customer Service, Administration, Retail or Sales,
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills,
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills,
* Exceptional time management skills,
* Keen attention to detail,
* The ability to multi task and deliver results under time constraints,
* Be a results driven individual,
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Arts or Education will be highly regarded.
