ELl 1 - Assistant Director/ Health Technology Advisor Full time We are looking for a highly motivated, engaged, flexible, and resilient individual to join our team as an Assistant Director/ Health Technology Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed research and analytical skills, including: Sound judgement Ability to interpret and analyse clinical and/or health economic evidence and literature Ability to synthesise research outcomes to provide clear and sound advice Additionally, the candidate should have: Experience in the disciplines of health technology assessment or health economics Highly developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to build these in a team to effectively meet deadlines with competing priorities, delivering work to a high standard with attention to detail Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment Strong leadership skills in the management of policies, programs, projects, or teams Highly developed written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Capacity to acquire knowledge quickly, including knowledge of health technology assessment and Australian Government health programs and priorities You should also highlight any strengths you may have in the following areas: Health technology assessment and/or monitoring and evaluation skills Statistical and economic modelling Research and analysis skills related to health or economics #J-18808-Ljbffr
