We are seeking people who: Have experience in a Civil Construction Project Manager role. Are visible and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team. Responsibilities: Consult with Aestec Management, Clients and Sub Contractors. Build and maintain Client relationships. Ensure all Client requirements and expectations of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget are met. Manage compliance in line with relevant legislations, regulations and standards. Coordinate employees, sub-contractors, materials and machinery. Incident investigations and reporting. Oversee performance improvement processes and quality management. Support the operations of Aestec by using your specialist skills and knowledge to advise and support in strategic decision making and daily operations. It would be great if you also have: Relevant Trade Certificate, Engineering Degree or relevant experience. A minimum of 2-5 years in a Project Management role within the civil construction industry. Practical and manual skills in all construction fields. Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A positive attitude towards yours and others safety.
