Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory Lawyer Be involved in market-leading local & global transactions; projects in NZ, Asia-Pacific, Middle East; egalitarian ethos; part-time; 5 years' PAE.Key Responsibilities: Advising on competition law (clearance and authorisation).Understanding the interface between IP and competition law.Providing guidance on consumer law, including misleading & deceptive conduct.Working with economic regulatory regimes (telco, dairy and electricity markets).Assisting on significant & complex joint venture arrangements, supply & licensing agreements, and distribution structures.Supporting Commerce Commission cartel investigations and leniency applications (dawn raids and criminal cartel investigations).
