Overview Of The Company / Role
· Our Client, a highly reputable and well-established leader within the Insurance Building sector, is seeking a talented and experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage construction from conception to completion, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
· Coordinate and monitor trade work, ensuring adherence to building and safety regulations.
· Provide technical guidance and feedback during all project stages.
· Assess trade performance and quality of completed work.
· Offer feedback to the estimating team on budget allowances for regulatory and technical requirements.
· Address on-site escalations promptly and ensure solutions are implemented.
· Create and execute project plans, ensuring contractor compliance with the program timeline.
· Maintain open communication with all relevant parties.
· Participate in after-hours make-safe operations and respond to urgent site recalls when necessary.
Requirements To Apply
· Experience within the Insurance Building sector (is essential).
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information.
· Familiarity with statutory requirements, BCA regulations, and construction standards.
· Current Builder’s or Building Supervisor’s License, with Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction.
· Proven ability to diagnose and resolve construction issues efficiently.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
