Job Title: Community Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Community Manager to join our team at Stockland Halcyon Landing, one of our established lifestyle living communities.
This is a permanent part-time role providing an ideal work-life balance, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Homeowners' queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to internal escalation procedures where required.
* Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including general office administration and record-keeping.
* Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance the Homeowners' experience and/or profitability.
* Contribute to Stockland's risk-aware culture by participating in operational risk training and adhering to compliance and regulatory obligations.
* Ensure compliance with company and industry-wide audits.
* Support the delivery of active and passive activities, including inductions, community events, wellness programs, and functions.
About You:
This role suits someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Applicants should possess solid experience in a similar role managing customer experience and property, preferably in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, Shopping Centre Management, or Hotel/Holiday Resort industries.
Key skills include excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, financial management, emotional intelligence, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
