We are seeking an experienced Head Hunter Specialist to join our team and help us identify and recruit exceptional technologists for the fast-paced world of trading.Company: Westbury Partners has been servicing the who's who in trading and finance for almost 10 years. We specialise in connecting the world's leading technologists and traders to the world's leading finance firms globally. We have an in-house mapping team and have developed our own proprietary database to manage and maintain a constant flow of high calibre candidates to our highly demanding clients.Role: As our Head Hunter Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing high-calibre technologists with expertise in HFT, Investment banking, Hedge Funds, and related fields. You'll work closely with account managers to understand specific role requirements, culture fit, and technical needs while utilizing your extensive network and innovative sourcing strategies to find the right candidates.Responsibilities: Calling Candidates and pitching them rolesProactively source and engage technologists for positions within the trading space.Leverage your network, industry knowledge, and creative sourcing methods.Manage the candidates end-to-end recruitment process, from initial pitch to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience you would expect from a market leader.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and compensation benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.Build long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates in the trading/finance tech ecosystem.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in head-hunting/recruitment, with a focus on sourcing for technology roles within the financial services, trading, or fintech industries.Proven success in identifying and placing high-level technologists in competitive markets.Strong knowledge of the technical skills and competencies required for roles such as algorithmic traders, quantitative developers, software engineers, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.A passion for technology and a keen understanding of its application within the trading space.Access to an extensive network of the world's leading technologists.If you're an experienced head-hunter with an understanding of technology recruitment, ideally in the trading space, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
