About the role: Our amazing team of Customer Service Officers are charged with delivering an exceptional level of service to our customers. The role is based at our brand-new multifunctional site at Lytton. Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via various channels including phone and email directing those calls to the appropriate team member Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible Process orders and documents (such as account applications) accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance purposes and identify opportunities for improvement in processes or service delivery About you: Proven experience in any customer focused role Team player with a big picture focus Keen problem solver, leaving our customers with a smile Professional phone manner and adept listening skills Intermediate use of Microsoft product suite Why IOR?
