Key responsibilities: Work with building management, suppliers, and COX team members to maintain the day-to-day operation of the studio. Coordinate premise and equipment maintenance, upgrades and repairs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Fire Warden processes. Develop and implement sustainable practices within the studio. Executive Support Development and implementation of management strategies in the studio. Relationship management of key clients and contacts. Key contact to Studio Director on all studio operation and administration related activities. Diary management. Expense claim preparation/credit card reconciliation for finance processing. Coordinating functions for clients, consultants and contacts. Organisation of studio monthly meetings. Coordination with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, IT, and BD as required. Administration Team Administration team management including training, development, workload management, motivation, performance reviews and performance management. Front of house management and relief. Planning of studio social events such as: monthly studio lunches, Friday night talks/drinks, mid-year and end of year parties. Researching and implementing wellbeing initiatives. People & Culture Assist local and COX People & Culture with recruitment and team member development as required. Sydney Studio Hub (intranet) updates. Knowledge and experience: 2-5 years' experience in an Operations / Office Manger role Experience partnering with management teams Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Indesign skills highly regarded Awareness of confidentiality and discretion where required Strong organisational and time management skills Proactive, hands on approach with a willingness to learnAdaptable and forward thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
