About the Role

As our Planview System Administrator, you will be based in Bentley, and responsible for the administration of Horizon Power's chosen portfolio management system Planview and all facets related to system management including but not limited to system upgrades, training, management of user-raised tickets etc.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

* Delivering administrative and technical support for system issues, escalating complex problems, and ensuring prompt resolution
* Supporting the creation and upkeep of reporting tools and data for the PMM system, including the distribution of monthly and ad hoc reports, and performing data quality assurance checks
* Maintaining data integrity by identifying and performing data cleansing tasks
* Overseeing the configuration, testing, and deployment of new system features, enhancements, updates, and related applications (including integrations)

You Will Have:

* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, IT or related discipline are mandatory
* Project Management certifications is preferable
* Demonstrated experience using Portfolio Management Systems e.g. Planview or similar and Project Management Systems e.g. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar
* Demonstrated experience in a Project or Portfolio Support / System Administration role
* Advanced ability to interrogate a data set and provide a concise analysis of that data, including key insights and communicating to a wide audience
* Experience in Project Management practices and processes, including end to end complex Project/Program PMO and analysis
