The Customer Service Officer role is responsible for servicing Opal Packaging Plus customer requirements and providing support to the Opal team. This casual role will be based out of our site located ‘North of the river’ in Wangara and will be working from Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.Your ContributionsYou will contribute to the success of Opal by:Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to customer emailsService walk-in customersActively work to provide terrific customer serviceProcess sales orders for customers, repeat and new ordersCommunicating with production teams and sales teams about expected delivery timesManage customer order and delivery protocolsEnsure accuracy of data entry pertaining to sales ordersCollate and generate quality reports as requiredIdeal QualificationsFor this role we would ideally like you to have:Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment (ideally experience providing customer service via phone calls and email)Ability to learn computer systems for data-entryMeticulous and organizedExcellent communications skills in both written and verbalTeam player attitudeStrong time management skills including ability to deal with competing prioritiesApplications are open to both internal and external candidates.
