People Services Consultant
About the Position:
You will support effective and efficient HR administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle by providing specialist advice on attraction, retention, and management strategies.
Working closely with hiring managers across the University, you will provide support and guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring all recruitment activity is conducted in line with CDU's policies and procedures.
You will supervise a small team of People Services Officers, ensuring the team stays on top of a high volume of queries and requests, and will provide HR advice and support to stakeholders across the University for all HR operational activity, including the establishment of new positions, reclassification of positions, contract amendments, and contract extensions.

About You
* Proven experience in HR Administration in a large organization.
* Demonstrated understanding of employee life cycle processes.
* Advanced user capability with LinkedIn, and a range of online job boards.
* Excellent time management skills and capacity to organise workloads with minimal supervision to meet regular and conflicting deadlines.
* Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Remuneration:
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $93,475 to $102,606 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $109,365 to $120,049 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
