QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should possess:Proven Experience: A strong background as a Director of Sales in Hotels or Resorts, ideally with experience in large-scale conferencing facilities or Convention Centres.Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities that foster collaboration and build relationships.Attention to Detail: Keen problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to your work.Leadership Experience: A track record of successfully leading a large team, with the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire.
