What you'll be doing in this role: Reporting to our supportive Director of Medical Services, you will work part-time (4 days a week) as the Administration Officer in our dynamic and collaborative Clinical Governance team. In this role you will provide confidential secretarial support and detailed administration to both our Medical & Clinical Governance teams, along with providing outstanding customer service to various internal and external customers. Who we are looking for: You'll have previous administration clerical experience working in a busy work environment in a medium to large organisation. You'll have great customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal). Having worked in people-facing roles, you will be passionate about helping others. You'll have demonstrated experience in report writing, minute taking and data entry with exceptional attention to detail. You'll be empathetic, have great listening skills, as well as people engagement & negotiation skills. You'll be flexible, a critical thinker and someone who thrives on continuous improvement initiatives, always looking for better ways of working. You'll have sound computer skills, in particular with Microsoft Outlook (email inbox management), Word and basic Excel skills.
