Our client a Global leader in the Scientific and Medical field is seeking a Contracts Administrator to play a crucial role in managing instrument Service Plans. As a key point of contact, you’ll handle customer inquiries related to service plan renewals and quotations.
Collaborating closely with the Service Sales team, you’ll create accurate quotations and input agreements into our service systems. Additionally, you’ll manage invoicing for Service Plans within our ERP systems and coordinate with Field Service Engineers to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the Service team for Service Plan inquiries.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and Salesforce.
3. Collaborate with Customers and Sales Team to create Service Plan renewals, incorporating necessary changes.
4. Input and activate Customer Service Plans in our systems.
5. Handle invoicing for Service Plans using our ERP systems.
6. Schedule Service plan deliverables (e.g., Preventative Maintenance) to optimize customer convenience and engineer availability.
7. Investigate and process credits for disputed invoices.
8. Perform general administrative tasks to assist the service team
About You:
9. Tertiary degree in science, engineering, technical field, or business management.
10. Proficiency with Microsoft products and CRM (preferably SFDC).
11. Proficiency with SAP.
12. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
13. Demonstrated judgment, tact, and diplomacy in customer interactions.
14. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and customer collaboration.
This is a full-time contract role, working Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm commencing immediately. month contract with possibility of extension/permanency.
