About the role As the Business Office Manager at BM Doors, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
This full-time position is based in Queanbeyan, NSW and plays a vital role in supporting the company's growth and success.
What you'll be doing Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing (Knowledge and understanding of Accounts and MYOB)Assistance with the annual financial audit as requiredAnalysis of business performance and development and implementation of business strategiesInsurance – assisting and ensuring company insurance and renewalsManage business records and security of informationProvide clerical and administrative support to management as requestedProject Documentation and security clearancesTender business documentation as requiredISO audit documentation, processes and auditSupport and monitor the company's Health and Safety procedures and policiesSupport to all administration staff – Administrative, Project, Sales, Finance and ProductionOverseeing day-to-day administrative operations, assigning tasks and monitoring performance with the General ManagerProvide staff training and supportManage office supplies and assetsDevelop systems and procedures for continual business efficiency and improvementAssist in organising labour hire, employment advertising, interviewing, staff documentation and inductionsWhat we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar office management or administrative roleExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisationProficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office management softwareDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsFlexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approachKnowledge of office administration procedures and best practicesWhat we offer At BM Doors, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
