Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook diverse high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
* Collaborate with management to develop and innovate menu items, utilizing seasonal and fresh ingredients.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Foster a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment by working closely with team members.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold our high standards of quality and consistency.
* Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma in Cookery or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with a focus on modern Australian or similar cuisine.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional dishes.
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
