Job Description
We are proud to partner with a prominent state government agency to recruit an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant/Officer manager on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to senior executives and management teams
* Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
* Manage correspondence, emails, and reports
* Develop and implement effective filing systems and records management
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Officer Manager
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
