About the role:
To continue in delivering for our customers and community, we have embarked on a number of transformative projects and are seeking a Contracts and Procurement Specialist to join our Strategic Projects Team. This role will lead the procurement and coordinate the tender, creation and management of contracts for the strategic project portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Work with Project Managers to tender, negotiate and award contracts for significant machine refurbishments and project works Administration and management of commercial contracts including transition support Manage the end-to-end tender process for strategic projects Lead the procurement for the project team including site facilities, parts and services Lead the OEM engagement including site visits Desired Skills and Experience:
What we are looking for:
Relevant qualification or adept experience in procurement, project management, contracts, law or related area Experience in tendering, development, and review of high-value commercial contracts An understanding of contracts and insurance law Prior exposure in owner-operator contracts for critical infrastructure Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills Benefits:
