HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated individuals for an APS 4 level Planner - Budget Management Support Officer role in Deakin ACT.
This position plays a pivotal role in providing operational and administrative support, ensuring participants of our client's scheme are empowered to manage their plans effectively.
* Responsibilities include analysing participant records to make informed funding decisions and reduce overspending.
* Engaging with participants and their representatives via phone to assess circumstances and spending patterns.
* Maintaining accurate records, utilising IT systems, and adhering to process guidelines.
* Researching and reviewing decisions while managing moderately complex cases.
* Performing administrative and data entry tasks related to participant management.
* Contributing to the achievement of performance and planning targets.
