We are seeking a Manager of Sales Support to join us on our journey from strength to strength. This is an opportunity for a strong sales support-focused leader to assist our Australian team from our Ballarat Head Office.
About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Support Leader to join our team and take charge of our Sales Support function. This role will oversee, manage and share sales data and data-related processes to maximise the efficiency of our diverse salesforce.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales support team. Collaborate with key leaders to understand departmental needs and challenges. Share best practices and solutions with peers to to achieve objectives more efficiently. Organize and analyze key data sets for informed decision-making. Create intuitive dashboards to improve speed-to-decision. Manage market share calculations Understanding and supporting the sales operations group to achieve sustainable and competitive margins across all industries, geographies and product lines Collaborate with stakeholders on market trends for accurate planning. Building and executing cadence and control for key recurring reports and pricing analysis. Provide recommendations for pricing and program adjustments. Develop internal incentive programs to align sales focus. Streamline frontline sales processes for consistency across departments. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through automation and training. Create training materials for frontline sales teams. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales processes in Brandt CRM. Oversee forward-looking demand forecasts to ensure product availability.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and analytical leader with a proven track record in sales support and demand planning. You will also excel in collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
