Our client is a Special Developmental School based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. They are seeking Qualified Teachers to step into the classroom and support school-aged students by providing programs that will engage and support students with moderate to profound intellectual disability.

THE ROLE:
* Preparation and delivery of programs that engage and are personalised to support individual student needs
* Align classes with individual learning and pathway plans in collaboration with a great team of teachers and professionals
* support students with a range of learning needs and intellectual disabilities on a daily basis
* Assessing and Reporting student progress and continuous adjustment to learning plans for students
* Build positive relationships with students, families and the wider community that guides them to achieve success
* Engage students in a small classroom setting of 6-8 students working alongside support teachers/ OT's and Speech Pathologists and other professionals
ABOUT YOU:
* Registered VIT Primary OR Secondary (or eligible)
* Compassionate, Kind and Patient
* Willing to grow and develop professionally
* Qualified Primary or Secondary Teacher
* Positive approach to learning and development
* Team player willing to learn and grow and collaborate with like-minded professionals
