Key Responsibilities: Manage the efficient collection of customer accounts across a broad portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments. Monitor and report on key AR metrics, including daily cash inflows and aged balances. Proactively manage customer accounts at risk of non-payment. Identify process improvement opportunities, including payment terms and efficiencies. Lead and mentor a small credit team. What We’re Looking For: A goal-oriented, results-driven Credit Manager with a proven track record. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) is beneficial. High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
