About the Opportunity Reporting to the Loveland Agri Products Business Lead, the Loveland Sales Manager is directly responsible for promotion, positioning, and sales of Loveland technologies with all stakeholders including division management, retail sales, and customers.

Key responsibilities include: Achieve and exceed annual sales goals through various sales tacticsOutline new growth opportunities through the preparation of an annual strategic business planWork closely with distribution management and the sales teams to support, influence, monitor, and drive sales.Provide marketing, agronomic, and technology information to support the proper positioning of Loveland products.Serve as a primary technical resource on all Loveland products and cropping systems within the designated area.Promote the Loveland portfolio and technology benefits to sales teams and customers.Deliver outstanding Customer Service by solving problems and creating solutions.About You: Demonstrated success in a Sales Management role in an Ag-related fieldWell-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practicesTertiary degree in a relevant field (Agronomy, Chemistry, Plant Science, etc.)Highly self-motivated with strong sales ability and a proven track record of successOutstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skillsComputer literacy and proficiency in the MS Office suite of productsExcellent relationship-building ability with strong verbal and written communication skillsThe highest ethical standards and sense of accountabilityAbility to travel frequently within the designated area, and occasionally throughout other parts of AustraliaMust hold a full unrestricted Australian driver's licence.Why work for us?
