We are looking for a warranty / parts technician to add to our growing team.
Experience essential.
You will need to:
Assess and organise replacement parts and / or a local contractor to complete repairs for warranty claims and follow these claims through to completion
Assist existing customers outside of warranty with organising parts and repairs
Have a background in machinery and the ability to talk customers through simple processes such as changing attachments, basic service questions and trouble shooting.
Will suit someone with mechanical or machinery experience looking to get off the tools and move into an office role.
This role is FULL TIME: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm
