From managing Microsoft 365 environments to ensuring seamless user experiences and compliance, you'll be part of a team committed to operational excellence and continuous innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and diagnose server, system, and network infrastructure issues, implementing long-term best-practice solutions.Maintain and optimise Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD), ensuring high availability and proper licensing.Oversee user onboarding and offboarding, conduct periodic audits, and ensure Helpdesk procedures are consistently followed.Maintain high-quality technical documentation for all infrastructure changes.Participate in after-hours server and system patching to ensure security and stability.Support frontline Helpdesk incidents as needed.Proactively monitor security systems, investigate alerts, and take action to mitigate threats.Ensure all servers and systems are included in backup processes with daily monitoring.Manage SCCM environments, including image creation, system patching, and application deployment.Provide guidance and leadership to local Helpdesk staff.Deliver second and third-level support for PC and network users.What We're Looking For3+ years experience in a similar roleExpertise in Windows Server management (Hybrid environment)Hands-on experience with Citrix Cloud management and server provisioningStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (VM creation, maintenance, troubleshooting)Proficiency in Intune device management and application deploymentUnderstanding of ACSC Essential Eight and DISP complianceAbility to deliver critical security updates to PCs, servers, or systems within tight timeframes (e.g., 48 hours)Ability to balance IT projects and BAU operations while meeting SLAsMust be an Australian CitizenMust have own vehicle and valid driver's licenseExperience with Commvault Cloud data protection & recoveryKnowledge of Fortinet Firewalls, Wi-Fi APs, and RADIUS authenticationHands-on experience in HPE Switch configuration & VLAN assignmentFamiliarity with HPE ProLiant servers (iLO, ACU, IML)Strong network troubleshooting and routing protocol knowledgeExperience with application allowlisting and CrowdStrike security toolsUnderstanding of Netskope SASE / CASB rules and policiesScripting and automation skills (highly regarded)Proactive approach to preventative maintenance and risk mitigationWhat You BringSharp analytical skills and a security-first mindsetA collaborative approach to working across teamsThe ability to manage projects independently while maintaining business continuityA passion for emerging technologies and continuous learningStrong presentation skills to run small-group training sessionsThis is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation in the construction industry.
