About The Role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and General Manager Food and Beverage, this role will be responsible for maintaining and managing the day to day provisioning of all food and beverage requirements, to service GSR trains within budgeted guidelines. This role will assist in the design and maintenance of menus across the business. Coordination of the GSR food safety system, ensuring the effectiveness and continually improving the quality.
Food and BeverageActively involved in Staff Training and contribution to Navigator and other staff training toolsUpdate & source new products and trendsAssist procurement process, guide the purchasing team and continuously make necessary improvements. Maintain supplier communicationsDevelop and maintain process flow including work instructionsManage the GSR Food safety system including trainingFood quality standards - stock receipt process, sampling process, specification managementMaintain the back end of POS system REVELSupport stock controllers and ordering through COUPAGSR Food Safety System & HACCPActively gather, sort, file and report on all company food handing activities and those of our partners.
