Scope of Responsibility: - Oversee the health and seniors living segment revenue, providing support and guidance to the frontline sales team. - Engage internal stakeholders to effectively communicate and energize the implementation of corporate strategies. Essential Responsibilities: - Sales and Ownership (70%): - Directly drive new business and strategic initiatives. - Regularly report on segment performance and manage the sales pipeline. - Provide project consultation and represent the company at industry events. - Strategic Planning and Market Development (30%): - Develop an annual strategic plan outlining sales, marketing, and product development initiatives. - Identify new client engagement opportunities and support sustainability initiatives. Who You Are: - Degree qualified in Business or Marketing. - Minimum of 5 years in sales/account management, preferably in health, seniors living, or the construction industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills. - Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
