We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing construction site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution. As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that the site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.Team Coordination: Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.Quality Assurance: Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety standards on-site, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.Technical Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to site teams, resolving any engineering challenges that may arise.Project Monitoring: Track the progress of construction activities, identify potential delays or issues, and take corrective actions as needed to stay on schedule.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress documentation.
