Job Description
* Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in the most professional way and without delay.
* Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork produced.
* Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.
* All complaints to be handled promptly and efficiently.
* Follow company guidelines for adeptly handling emergency situations.
* Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of Front Office or hotel outlet experience preferred.
* Must be able to work rotating night shifts (11:00 pm - 7:00 am), including weekends and public holidays.
* Requires strong communication, computer literacy, attention to detail, and customer service skills; may include covering Night Supervisor duties based on performance.
