Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer & Dispatch Coordinator at our Epping cement render operations plant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in all processes associated with a manufacturing and warehouse site, working closely with our friendly manufacturing team to support the production of Acratex products and dealing with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Take customer orders
* Pick, pack and dispatch as required
* Service the dispatch functions including loading/unloading of deliveries, goods receipting and managing inventory
* Provide general assistance to the production team – pre-batching of raw materials etc

Requirements:
* Intermediate computer skills, with SAP experience advantageous
* Prior experience in a trade retail or warehouse environment
* Current driver's license and forklift license (desired)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
