One of the latest projects is the Fraser Coast Regional Council – Hervey Bay Library and Administration Centre which is circa $100M +.Responsibilities include:Oversee the implementation of all site safety and ensure all procedures are monitored according to the Project Safety Management Plan.Monitor the progress of works against the current construction program and ensure all trades are coordinating with each other.Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved in all cases.Assisting the Site Manager in the commissioning and handover of the project by ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and provided to the Project Manager.Managing cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Site Manager, to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budget.What's Needed:3-5 years as a Foreman on commercial/government projects in Australia.Good understanding of WH&S processes.Established relationships with subcontractors.Working for HY:HY is proud to offer long-term career opportunities, and those individuals who join HY can look forward to an outstanding working environment, market-leading remuneration, fantastic employee benefits, and a clear career path.At Hansen Yuncken we aim to make your career with us both enjoyable and challenging.
