As a Service Designer, you will lead impactful design projects and work hands-on to create outputs, while shaping presentations and scoping projects.About The Role:Produce high-quality, empathetic, and robust design outputsLead research and discovery activities, including shaping 'how might we' statements, market scanning, and competitor analysisFacilitate workshops that are purposeful, engaging, and outcome-drivenConduct both qualitative and quantitative interviews, focusing on ethnographic research and behavioural analysisPlan, prepare, and facilitate end-to-end testing, presenting results clearly and effectivelyDevelop and deliver comprehensive Customer Journeys, Concepts, Prototypes, Service Blueprints, and Customer Value Proposition CanvasesCollaborate closely with other designers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and departmentsAbout You:5+ years of experience as a Service Designer in financial services, ideally in business lending or business bankingExtensive experience in customer research and human-centred design processes, including applied research methodsProven ability to design, conduct, and guide customer research activities (focus groups, interviews, ethnography, etc.)Strong experience with digital tools such as Figjam, Miro, Dovetail, Maze or similarExceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levelsExperience in creating engaging, insightful presentations and delivering outcomes that align with both customer and business needsWhat's On Offer:Can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or BrisbaneHybrid work mode to get your best work done!
