We are seeking a IT Support Engineer to bridge customer requirements with software solutions. You will provide technical expertise, optimize software usage, support implementations, and collaborate with development teams in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
* Provide technical support, software testing, and customer training.
* Assist in technical sales, tendering, and solution development.
* Create technical documentation and ensure seamless data integration.
* Work closely with product teams to deliver and implement solutions.
* Support project phases from design to execution using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in Electrical/Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience (preferably in the energy industry ).
* Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and software configuration .
* Familiarity with SQL queries, Python, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.
* Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, MS Project.
