About the Role As the leader of our Relationships team, you will lead the team responsible for nurturing, retaining, and growing Trilogy Care’s network of care coordinators. Reporting to the General Manager of Partnerships, you will drive relationship quality, operational alignment, and partner engagement to ensure consistent referral outcomes and high-value care experiences for clients. This role holds primary responsibility for deepening Trilogy Care’s trusted position across the sector, ensuring our partners feel supported, informed, and connected. You’ll oversee onboarding, communication, support, and retention programs—balancing empathy with commercial awareness to ensure long-term partnership value.
