About the Role
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grocery department, encompassing all non-fresh products within the store.
You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Direct leadership experience is essential as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* Ability to look ahead, energize your team to deliver with pride.
* To keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
